Our room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is very nice, with lots of things to do thanks to the attached sports center. The hot springs at the Ape spa were also very nice. We found the breakfast buffet good with plenty of choices for our American pallet. Would defiantly stay again.

Come stay here if you drive. The room, the view from the balcony and the public bath looked just like that in the pictures, pleasant. We came for the onsen and the view and completely loved the public bath facilities and the massages (yonna course). Inside the spa building they also serve simple lunch everyday and dinner (weekends only) There’s also a gym with quite a few machines, a 25m pool and games for rent.

the room had an odd design blocking the view to the sea so although advertised as seaview only when stepping out of balcony you could see it. besides rooms are very basic , internet was too slow but we liked the quite location and the onsen. the only restaurant open in hotel we didn’t like it at all , only buffet no à la carte options and the buffet was not appetizing just mass very average so we went out for all meals

This is an older hotel/resort, and it shows a bit. Our traditional room was a bit worn, particularly the private spa bath, which was rather corroded, with mold on the ceiling. I realize the climate and the spa room are both very humid, and I don't have the experience to know if this is just considered normal. The buffet dinner was excellent though, and the staff were very helpful.

Beautiful Onsen facilities. Very special muddy salty 40 - 44 degree C baths. This is a very Japanese hotel. We liked the Japanese room. It was large, with a nice view looking down towards a village and the Pacific. For an American, this was a very unusual hotel, very nice. One and only one downside is this place is a bit difficult to get to or get from. Taxi is pretty much the only option, and this place is a bit "out there" so we rang up a lot of taxi fares. Again, the onsen and massage services are fantastic. Cleared up my son's skin problems is three days. Very nice. Breakfasts very good too. Very Japanese, very good.

What I Like : It was a great experience with stay in a traditional Japanese-style room with attached bathroom. There was also balcony with great view. Very decent room size for a family of 3, that has a foyer to remove shoes before entering room. We had given access to the lounge that offered light snack and drinks. Staffs were courteous even though they spoke limited English. There was onsen in next building free for guests to use but we didn't have time to enjoy it due to very short stay at this hotel. Disadvantage : This hotel is located on a hill which gives very good view overlooking the town and sea but it's also quite remoted. There was not much in the vicinity. Probably need to drive to get to out to find other amenities that hotel does not offer.
