The hotel was perfect for leisure and relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was clean, spacious. However, on the first day, the location of the breakfast was in a hall with no window. The environment was really bad for nay meals.

布団のシーツがカビており、廊下もシミだらけでした。植木鉢も3つ飾れるようでしたが、2つしかなく可哀想な植木鉢でした。 全体的に薄暗さとメンテナンス不足が感じられました。 ですが、1日中いても満喫できそうなのでぜひ家族で来たいなと思ってます。 清潔感を改善してくれたらと思います。

ディナーブュッフェを、予約無しで当日席に通されて頂きました。途中迄は美味しく頂きました。先に入られてた大人数のご家族席の片付けをしているスタッフの方で、周りの食事中の客を気にもせず、ガチャガチャと音を立てて片付け始め、せっかくの食事が台無しでした 名札を見たのですが、どの方も大きな音を立てている方々は、日本人ではありませんでした。もう少しその辺の改善をされると良いかと思います。
