We enjoyed our stay a lot at the Hiramatsu Ginoza thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff! We were welcomed straight away when we arrived and throughout our stay all the staff members were caring and kind. The a la carte breakfast was exceptional and of a very high quality, especially the Western style breakfast. The resort is very clean, quiet and secluded with a beach close by. One point of feedback is that the wifi speed was a bit slow, but otherwise the stay was excellent!

Excellent hotel. 10/10. I would go back again. Yoga program in the morning was so relaxing. The service is great, the staff friendly and helpful and really informative. Chat response also fast. Pick up service available. What more can I ask for? Best hotel to stay at for holiday.

周辺に観光地はあまりないけど、のんびり過ごすには最高のホテルです。２泊３日でしたが、ほとんど外出せずホテル内で過ごしました。ホテルのどこからでも綺麗な海が見えます。施設も豪華というより贅沢さを感じる造りになってます。夕食は１日目だけホテルのレストランで食べましたが、そこはひらまつだけあって充分満足できる内容でした。ロケーション、施設、どれを取っても良かったですが、特にスタッフの応対は素晴らしかったです。ほとんどマイナス面はありませんが敢えてあげるとすると、ホテル真下のビーチにゴミが散乱していること。ビーチは公用でひらまつの管理ではないので仕方ありませんが、せっかくの綺麗な眺めなのでゴミだけでも何とかなればいいなと思います。でもそれを、差し引いても満点に近い素晴らしいホテルでした。

私が３回目、妻が初めての沖縄、冬の沖縄は初めて。観光地に近い場所も考えましたが、ゆっくりホテルステイも楽しみたいと思い、こちらを選択しました。結果、大満足で不満はひとつもありませんでした。サービス、食事、お部屋やリゾート全体、すべて完璧でした。2月の沖縄を楽しめたのはこちらのホテルだったからだと思います。夜に聞こえてくるのは波音だけ。まさに非日常。唯一の心残りはディナーを付けなかったこと。外で沖縄料理を堪能するために付けませんでしたが、朝食のレベルを考えるとディナーも相当美味しいはず。夜遅く帰ってきても笑顔で対応してくださったスタッフの皆様には感謝しかありません。身も心も十分休まり、また仕事を頑張ろうという気持ちになりました。また沖縄に行く際は利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

残念だった最終日

最終日以外は気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ただ最終日は、朝食時間を指定していたのにもかかわらず従業員が揃っていなかったのか、非常にバタバタしているのが伝わりました。出発時間に間に合うか心配にもなりました。また、チェックアウトの担当者も笑顔なく無愛想で、残念な気持ちで出発することになりました。同行者も、「最終日が残念だったよね」と意見が一致しました。改善を期待しています。

ダイニングやレセプション、部屋は全て清潔で、重厚感もあり、快適に過ごせました。ジャグジーは、隣の部屋の人たちが通る時に見えるのが、少しプライベート感に欠けました。スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切で素敵でした。夕食のコースは、とても美味しかったです。ただ、1品、1品が出てくるタイミングが遅かったです。
