少し蜘蛛の巣があったりしたが、清潔です。部屋のレイアウトや雰囲気はすごく良いです。 庭は雑草が多く、玄関前に飼い猫がいるのが動物に不慣れな人には辛いです。また、蚊が多いので虫除け必須。 朝は鶏の鳴き声で目が覚めます。
