We stayed for four nights and ate three dinners at the one restaurant. There was a limited menu but enough variety. The buffet breakfast was good. The place was clean and the beach was beautiful but had the occasional piece of garbage. The buildings could use a new coat of paint and some updating. It’s a good place to stay with a family because the hotel is on the beach. There is also a pool but it was already closed.

I had canceled 1 room within the deadline, when I arrived the only rooms I asked for were confirmed and everything was ok. At the time of check-out, the employee decided to charge me for the room in which he had canceled and already confirmed his cancellation at check-in. The employee delayed us for just over 1 hour, we missed our bus (which passes by the hotel every 2 hours only), he said that it was not the hotel's problem to miss the bus, and we missed our flight because we arrived at the top of check-in time and could not board. We need to pay one more hotel and fees for re-embarkation. All because of the bad management of the hotel. The accommodation was ok. Everyone was very welcoming, and the people around us received us very well. But the management of the hotel is terrible.

ロケーションは最高です。 このお値段ですので、施設の古さも朝食ブュッフェの品数の少なさも全く問題ないと思います。フロントの女性に親切にして頂きました。タクシーは少ないとの事で、ホテル内の食事かお酒を飲む前に別のところで食べるのがいいかもですね。

交通：地點算偏遠、道路偏小、晚上沒路燈，但才能有寧靜沙灘美景(非住宿客可付停車費¥500、清潔費¥300)(對面古宇力海灘人潮爆滿)。 房間：別墅樓(for Hotels.com)房間很大，但除了床鋪，就多一組四人桌椅。陽台主要是面泳池。浴室看來有稍微整修過，雖然水龍頭有很多水垢，但牆壁磁磚縫卻沒發霉痕跡，每日房間打掃、鏡子馬桶擦拭等，基本清潔還是有的，可能是偏遠老飯店員工不多，無法做徹底清潔工作吧。 早餐：提供傳統沖繩日式菜色，樣式沒有很豪華，但提供份量很充足，品質有達水準，服務人員也算殷勤收拾。 設施：泳池不大，適合小朋友遊玩，也有拿來做潛水前講習。海灘一部分有防水母網子，外圍部份是可以看得到小魚群游泳，透明度算高，因為這內海風浪較小。其他海上活動可參考日本網紅影片(https://youtu.be/r6A1CLz0I4w) 飯店應該是泡沫經濟時期蓋的，規模很大，但實際運作的房間大概不到一半(看陽台冷氣設備)。員工年紀普遍偏大，但服務工作、態度還是有一般日本飯店標準。 如果是偏重海灘美景、悠閒放空，不在乎設備老舊，是可以選擇這家價錢不貴的海灘飯店，讓他們可以在競爭的新興飯店市場下生存下去。

コテージに宿泊しましたが、とにかく汚い。 お風呂、洗面、エアコンがカビがひどい。 部屋の中もカビ臭い。 トイレ、風呂の排水溝もめちゃくちゃ汚い。 部屋の中にゴキブリ、蜘蛛、アリ、何かよくわからない虫が大量にいて気持ちが悪く、スタッフの方に伝えて再クリーニングをしてくれることになりましたが逆にまた虫が増えた。 しかも枕の中にゴキブリが入っていてもう最悪でした。 子どももいるので安心して眠れず睡眠不足にもなります。 口コミで虫がいるとはかいてありましてが、ここまでひどいとは思いませんでした。 清掃後なのに床や布団に髪の毛やゴミもついていてちゃんと清掃してくれてるのかもわかりません。 スタッフの方からするとコテージで周りが木が多いので虫がいるのが当たり前みたいな言い方でした。 ホテルの方でも一緒と言ってましたがありえないと思います。 朝ご飯も品数が少なく沖縄料理も何もありません。 もう2度と行きません。 目の前にとてもキレイなビーチがありマリンスポーツもできるのでそこだけはよかったです。

安かったので仕方ないのかもしれないけど、部屋が臭い掃除もしたの？って思うぐらい汚い、朝食も沖縄の料理もないし少なすぎてびっくりした。 スタッフの人も活気がない感じで、2泊する予定だったけど、次の日は別のホテルを予約しました。 目の前海で最高なのにとても残念でした。
