The location of Oile by Zayra was in a perfect location to the American Village shopping district and other shopping venues. The staff was extremely helpful in providing directions, hailing taxis, providing clean linen and umbrellas for the rainy days. Thank you for a comfortable stay. We will be back.

The hotel was great, but I wouldn't call it a 'resort'. It sits a block behind beachfront among an eclectic mix of hotels, casual dining options, local residences and businesses. This is a small, charming hotel with a cozy atmosphere. It’s a bit of a walk to American Village, but still manageable. We appreciated the complimentary parking, as well as the umbrellas provided for guests—especially helpful since it was raining during our stay. The room was cute and functional, though it still required a metal key for entry. Slippers were provided, but there was no PJ, which was a little disappointing given that this is Japan. The staff were great—very friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated them going the extra mile by providing a to-go breakfast, as we had to check out earlier than the regular breakfast hours.
