It's a good 4 star hotel, great breakfast as far as variety, but be careful - they say they close at 10am, but they aggressively remove all dishes right at 9:30, so plan accordingly! Other then very early food removal from breakfast, it's a great hotel.

What a wonderful hotel and staff! Super helpful and the rooms were so nice and spacious! Even if we had 4 beds in our room. However when I booked through Expedia it says children 1-17, and I put 2 adults and 2 children but when we got to the hotel we had to pay for extra beds because they said we wouldn’t fit on the twin beds since the kids were older 12 and 14. Also when you book get the lounge access with the breakfast, it was super good and a big variety. The Orion beer on tap was so good and they even had refrigerated glasses in the lounge. They had a lot of different alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks but that beer after walking around all day, was just different. They had all the amenities you need and even had a Family Mart downstairs in the lobby area. It is close to the market and shopping but in the city. If you want more beach type area - you may want to look somewhere else, however for the price this place was amazing.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. I really appreciated that there were many laundry machines, as it got busy at times. Convenience store on the first floor with essentials and souvenirs was very helpful, too. The location is very close to Shuri-Jo, and I didn’t mind walking to the busy touristy area on Kokusai-dori, since I could also come back to a quiet room. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, though I didn’t use it. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer and humidifier. Nice deep bath tub.

10/10 staff and service. Clean room and hotel. Staff was genuinely kind and willing to help me when needed. Even though there was a language barrier google translate did help with communication, just be patient with the staff. They do have english speaking staff as well. Staff did go above and beyond and need a raise. There is a cute convenience store as well for late night snacking or a quick dessert and lunch.

We had a good stay, the rooms were clean, got what we paid for, well maintained. Helpful staff, good breakfast spread. The room felt a bit squishy, the gym was pretty basic and there is definitely see room improvement. If you are not in a rush city buses are ok! There is a stop just outside yeh hotel. Dining options near the hotel are limited. The meal we had at the gourmet bar near the front desk was pretty mediocre.
