Staff were professional, helpful and courteous. The room was luxurious and very clean. Breakfast was the best. Near enough to Kokusai Dori but not in the thick of things. Tour pick-up point so saved a lot of time.

Orion Hotel in Naha was great! Staff is super friendly, spoke English very well for those who need it, great location right on Kokusai-dori st and 2 minute walk to Makishi monorail station Beds are comfy, rooms was big and clean and free welcome beer for those who drink Highly recommend Orion Hotel in Naha When I come back I will definitely be staying there

Really enjoyed this hotel! The parking was a bit tricky to find as it’s on the side of the building, but the parking fee was cheap and the staff were always very helpful and available when we needed them. This hotel was right on the shopping strip so we were able to easily walk up and down Naha’s main shopping street and have a fun night out. Heck, the hotel even gave us an Orion beer for free with our room!

Rooms are big but toilet too small. Comfortable but the air conditioner is a bit weird which I can get to control and can be quite warm. Internet signal is terrible! Cannot load anything at all. Ended up have to use our own data to run applications. Other than that, this hotel is very good to stay in with very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was professional and rooms very clean and roomy. Only complain is the internet. It was impossible to work using the hotel internet. Extremely slow and even took excess time loading a standard website. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are planning to use the hotel wifi to do meetings. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Enjoyed the breakfast. Well worth it.

浴室について シャワーヘッドは、良いものを使用されていますが、ホテル側は、実際にシャワーを使った状態を知らないのでは？良いシャワーヘッドを取り付けたことだけに満足しているのではないかと思う。浴室環境がお粗末。シャワーヘッドを使っている状態ののカーテンは、水風で舞うようになり、どんなに工夫しても、シャワータイムは快適だとは言い難い。良いものを取り付けるときは、それに見合った環境を整えることも大切だと思います。
