The staff are nice and they tried to communicate in English, even thought they might not speak much. We were treated complimentary soft served ice cream. The room is spacious. There are adequate amenities so guests don’t need to carry much.

We had a great time! I’m a big Sanrio fan so I was so happy when we found this hotel. The lobby is decorated Sanrio themed and has a gift shop with merch I haven’t seen before! The rooms were themed based on the characters. Overall we had a great stay and staff was so friendly!

The hotel was as adorable as we thought it would be. With a lot of nice extras for guests. Staff were very kind and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was super super closed to the monorail, a convenience store and tons of shopping and restaurants nearby.

3 families enjoyed the stay at Okinawa Hotel with Sanrio Characters. The location is very convenient for shopping around. There's a supermarket just opposite the hotel which we can buy things we needed, where some prices are cheaper than other shops. Many convenient shop nearby. We stayed there for 3 nights, the other nights doesnt have room tidying, but that will be fine coz with this price it's well accepted. Highly recommended.

There are many nice touch to this hotel including personalised room card which you can keep after your stay, free drinks and ice cream and a lucky prize draw. The rooms have showers but there is a family bath you can book (1 hour) if you need to bath kids. This is no parking provided by the hotel but there are many parking option nearby (stated on the hotel website). There is no restaurant at the hotel so no breakfast available but there are 2 convenient store opposite the hotel as well as many cafe and restaurant on the Main Street.

Amazing time at this hotel. The room did have a little damp sort of smell to it, but other than that, amazing room. The included breakfast was okay, but only one option meant that we only wanted it two of the 4 day stay, and don’t really have the morning appetite for a beef burger. We did enjoy the meal however and the presentation of it was fantastic! Thanks so much :)

Everything was excellent! The design is very cute and the room was clean with a stylish bathroom and shampoo and body soap provided. One thing to note is there are no blackout curtains in the room. There are free amenities in the lobby and self-serve tea during certain hours, coin laundry is also available on site. The lobby shop, like everything in the hotel, is very cute so I recommend browsing. You get to keep the hotel key as it is also used as a point card for the shop. The hotel is short walk from Yui Rail's Makishi station and located right on Kokusai Dori. It's about 10-15 minute walk to Heiwadori shoutengai and just far enough that it's not so populated. Dining and shopping options are plentiful in the area with two conbinis outside of the hotel, there are also vending machines in the hotel. We were in the last leg of our trip so we didn't drive. That being said, I didn't see onsite parking, but there were at least 2 paid parking options nearby.

The staff is nice and helpful. But not much facilities and equipment are designed with Sanrio characters. I think it is a bit disappointed that the cups and bed sheet are plain without any Sanrio elements.
