Staff were very considerate and respectful. The place worked out great for me as a solo traveler. Stayed for 13 days. Was very comfortable bathrooms and showers worked out great as well as laundry. It is a great hotel, very clean and spacious. All hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful! The hotel administration is so kind to keep a pair of shoes that I forgot to pack home, till the next time I visit Okinawa again. Thank you for your excellent service! Your hospitality makes me fall in love with Okinawa!!

1人で宿泊です。輪行でロードバイク を持参しましたが、輪行バッグもベッドサイドに置けました。半個室で入り口は鍵付きアコーディオンカーテン、金庫もあります。 トイレや共同シャワールームも綺麗で、アメニティも整っております。 コスパも良く、 特に一人旅で湯船・TV・冷蔵庫が不要の方はおすすめです。

朝食付きでしたが、連泊で、毎朝　同じメニューだったのが残念です。 せめて一日おきにパン食か、一品でも違うおかずかあったらなと思いましたが、お値段の割には、色々とサービスもあり、施設内もとても綺麗で、駅、空港も近いし、是非また利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございますました。

快適で清潔で、素晴らしいです。 空港からも近く、ゆいレールの、駅もすぐ。スーパーや飲食店にも困りません。ゆいレールで一駅行けば大きなショッピングモールもあり本当に便利です。 次に改善されていたらありがたいのは、シャワールームのタオル入れが溢れているので、一度回収するか？入れ物を増やしてほしいです。 トイレの、エチケットボックスももっと大きなものにしたほうがよいとおもいます。 しかし本当に、快適に静かに過ごせるので、おすすめです。

連泊ではありませんが、別日で2回チェックインしたのですが、両日とも同じ方でマスクしてるから笑顔で対応しなくてもいいと思っているのか。すごいぶっきらぼうな対応だった。チェックアウトの際の女性お二人はとても良い対応してくださった。 1回目の宿泊は、ルーレットあったのですが、数日あけての2回目の時はルーレットもさせてくれず、不愉快な対応だった。 建物も綺麗でベッド周りもきれいでした。 シャワー室の洗面所のゴミ箱がパンパンで捨てにくかったです。シャワー室の前に置くバスマットも補充されていなくて、床がびちょびちょだったのが残念でした。 エアコンは個別で温度設定ができなかったので、暑がりの私はとても寝苦しかったですサーキュレーターは300円で貸しているようなので、温度設定ができないのであれば無料でレンタルしてほしいところですね。

4日間滞在しました。2回目で勝手も分かっていたため、快適に過ごせました。 私が滞在している4日のうち、1日息子がお世話になり、駐車場の利用をお願いしましたが、対応したフロントの方の手際が悪かったです。チェックインが23:00過ぎだったこと、チェックアウト後も置いておきたいとの申し出に、料金の計算に戸惑っていたようでした。チェックアウト後の駐車がダメだったのでしょうか。私は引き続き滞在していましたし、1日1500円で入出庫自由と聞いていましたので、何の問題もないと思ったのですが…こちらが2日分支払うとの申し出で処理をしていただきましたが、日は跨ぐものの、『24時間以内の利用であれば1日カウント』などになるのであれば、1日多くお支払いしたことになります。そこだけが不愉快でした。 あまり想定されていないのかもしれませんが、チェックアウト後も駐車場を利用されたい方はいると思いますし、駐車場から出なければいけないルールがあったのか不明ですが、対応が良くなかったと思います。 駅からのアクセスは便利ですし、今後も利用すると思いますが、改善を望みます。
