Very dirty, poor communication, super hard beds, pillow very poor. No cleaning service or cleaning staff provided. We were stuck with the garbage bags for 10 days , we put those outside but no one picked them up. I sent two emails requesting information on how to deal with the garbage and no one answered. The kettle was rusted inside. We paid a lot money,for 10 days and wasn’t worth it.

総評 チェックインの2日前までにキーボックス暗証番号を知らせるとのことだったけれが、連絡がなく、不安なので電話した。 遅れることが無いように連絡してほしい。 コテージは、写真撮影時から年月が経っていると感じたが、広かったのでほぼ快適に過ごせた。 （利用者の使い方に問題があったとはいえ、ダイニングテーブルの傷みがひどかったので検討された方がいいと思う。 備品について 湯沸かしポットが錆？汚れ？で使うのをためらう状態だったのに、フライパンとボールしかなかった。 キッチン付きコテージなのだから、鍋を大小2個くらいは用意しておくべき。

全体的に清潔で良かったと思います。 しかし、ソファーベッドを使用しての５人まで宿泊可能であればそれ用の寝具類を用意しておいて欲しかったです。 改善点はしいて挙げればトイレにタオル掛けを設置して欲しいです。 次も利用したいと思いました。
この窓から道路が丸見えでロールカーテンなどあればいいと思います。

年に一度は、大掃除や電化製品のメンテナンスを！

沖縄で暮らしているかのような体験がしたかったので、コンドミニアムにしてみました。私的に鍋と、卓上コンロがあるといいなと思いました。 残念だったところは、網戸の埃、エアコンの埃、庭の草、トイレと脱衣所の換気扇から茶色い水滴がポタポタ垂れてきていた。事です。時々大掃除された方がいいと思いました。

良かった点 清掃も行き届いており綺麗な施設だった コロナ禍で非対面チェックインはありがたい キッチンも広く使いやすい 平屋のワンフロアで動線が楽 改善してほしい点 ベッドルームで掛け布団にゴキブリの子供がいた、退治しましたが洗面所から浴室入口の隅にもフンが落ちてました、駆除された方が良いと思います 調理用品が少ないです 炊飯器もなくIHコンロにも炊飯機能が無いので御飯炊くのに苦労します 洗濯機はありますが乾燥機も設置された方が便利だと思います 簡易式な物干しは置いてましたが干す所がないので

Great Apartment, and reasonable location! Very new and clean, with excellent amenities! Complimentary candies and soft drinks were a great gesture! Note for improvement: install curtains / shades on the living room.

場所、料金を考えると、とても素敵な広々としたお部屋で、新しいのもあり清潔でよかった。 しかし設備面で少し残念なところが多々ありました。 包丁があるのにまな板がない 洗濯機があるのに物干し場やハンガーなどがない。 などちょっとちょっと不便な点がありました。 また、鍵の受け取りまで往復で1時間近くかかり、ネット環境があるのでキーレスに出来ればとても素敵に感じました。
