This hotel is great! It is centrally located (attached to a monorail station) and a few blocks away Kokusai-dori (the famous shopping street). The staff were very courteous, the breakfast was great, and the room was clean and quiet. A wonderful stay!

The janitorial staff and performance was superb! Every thing was spotless, the staff was cheerful and the clean -up periods were flexible. Big plus for our group. Mr. Higa was very helpful in fixing a booking problem in the middle of the night with a tired frustrated group. Good job!
