“The whole hotel is very tired and not very well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. A shame that the cafe was in disrepair as it would have been great to start our day with breakfast. On the other hand, there was plenty of secure indoor storage for our bicycles in the cafe. Rain shower and hand held wand in bathroom was excellent. Room temperature was perfect with heated floors. Bed fairly comfortable, sheets and towels very clean. Overall a great stop on the cycling route.”

“The Hill House was nice, clean and comfortable. I arrived by bike as I was doing the cross Korea bike route and the staff let me lock up my bike outside right next to the front desk. I felt safe about this spot. I ate at the hotel restaurant and it was pretty good. The staff was super friendly. The room was comfortable but nothing too fancy.”

“전체적인 모던한 분위기에 노출 콘크리트와 통창으로 외관 및 실내를 구성했습니다. 보기에는 멋있어 보이지만 이것이 숙박시설의 최대 단점인 듯 합니다. 저는 8월의 가장 더운 주에 호텔을 이용하였고, 통창과 노출 콘크리트에서 전달되는 외부 열기가 곧바로 내부에 열축적이 진행되었습니다. 그렇기에 복도든 실내든 아무리 에어컨이 풀로 작동되어도 온도가 떨어지지 않습니다. 그냥 덥습니다. 화려한 외관과는 달리, 더운 실내공기에 답답함이 장난 아니였습니다. 좀 괜찮은 호텔에서 시원한 하룻밤을 보내려했는데 완전 망했죠… 계속되는 컴플레인에 룸을 한단계 업그레이드 해서 바꿔 주었지만, 근본적인 문제가 있는 건물이기에 시원함은 없었습니다. 외부에서 들어오는 열을 차단하지 못한다면, 아마도 이 건물은 여름엔 찜통이고 겨울에는 냉동실 수준이 되지않을까 합니다. 에너지는 에너지데로 계속 쏟아 붓겠죠~ 기타 사항입니다만, 화장실도 고급으로 해 놓았습니다. 근데 제가 머문 룸의 샤워실 바닥 기울기가...

“Great spot not too far from the four Rivers Trail! Chill little town with good restaurants and grocery stores/convenience stores. Staff was super friendly and very helpful and they have dedicated bike parking at the hotel. They can make simple food in the house if you’d like, or there is a self-serve Ramen bar for very cheap.”
