“Personal muy amable, enviamos nuestras maletas por paquetería y nos ayudaron a recibirlas y llévalas a nuestra habitación. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, muy tradicional japonés y para el segundo día nos sorprendieron con uno completamente diferente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene una hermosa vista a la bahía y su onsen interior es pequeño pero muy rico para disfrutar de un descanso, solo nos faltó conocer el que tienen al aire libre ”

“Wir hatten zwar ein sehr großes Zimmer für bis zu 10 Personen, aber es war nicht mal ein WC drin.
Der hauseigene Onsen war zwar praktisch, aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.”

“This place offers 4 private onsens that may be reserved for family which is unique, though there is an onsen tax of about 1200 yen. The staff were friendly and accommodating. One of the bidets in our room were not working unfortunately, but I’m sure if staff is notified, it could’ve gotten troubleshooted. The kaiseki dinner was filling and the breakfast was Japanese styled as well, if that is your cup of tea. Overall delightful and wonderful. A caveat is that it is located on a hill away from...

“Buen hotel con buen servicio. El problema del baño termal privado en la habitación es que está abierto al paseo de la playa, de forma que cualquiera que pase puede ver cómo te duchas, por lo que no es tan privado como parece.”

“The room is spacious. Onsen is warm and comfortable. The view from the open air Onsen is so amazing at night. The bar closes a bit too early.
The service is excellent. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly, some do speak English.
The pick up service is great. We are so grateful that they even drove us to the Beppu when we left the hotel. We are able to catch our express train all thanks to the staff who agreed to take us there.
Great memories in Beppu and at the hotel.”
