You cannot dine in the hotel (dinner or breakfast or lunch) as they informed you it is closed (which in order words, they are fully reserved), even if you are a hotel guest there. But you can walk to to nearby shopping streets and there are many restaurants there. But some will turn you away if you have no reservation, or simply no English menu or there are many people inside Guess that they are STILL trying to follow the pandemic measurements at this early stage of open-up

家族4人で宿泊しました。3階の大衆風呂と屋上の露天風呂を利用しました。どちらも良かったです。レンタカーでしたが駐車場も無料でした。ホテルの場所も海の真ん前で、近くに飲食店などもあり便利でした。おすすめです。

総合的に満足しています。古い建物ですが改装しており清潔感もあり気持ち良いです。ロビーの広さやオーシャンビューに加えゆったりソファーでくつろいでいたらピアノとウッドベースのジブリミュージックのライブ演奏などとても良かったです。部屋も屋上露天風呂は別府湾を望むオーシャンビューでした。食事も大変美味しかったです。 朝方水道管の故障がありの露天風呂の水洗設備や客室のトイレが断水したのですが、対応が忙しかったのでしょうか、何のアナウンスもなかったのでフロントに問い合わせて故障と分かりました。客室電話か管内アナウンスをして欲しかったですね。 ただ朝食会場でミネラルウォーター配てもらったり、夕食時の別料金だった飲み物代をサービス頂いた上にお土産まで頂く神対応に大満足です。ホントに気持ちの良い滞在ができました、ありがとうございました、また利用させて頂きます。

Hôtel rétro typique japonais avec onsen

Cet hôtel est typiquement japonais, chambre futon, yukata à disposition et 2 onsen : 1 intérieur et 1 sur le toit, très agréable. Nous avions pris une chambre avec open air bath côté mer, je conseille d'ailleurs de demander une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Personnel très serviable, petit déjeuner sous forme de plateau kaseiki, petit plat de différentes spécialités japonaises : riz, miso, poisson grillé, salade légumes marinés... parfait si vous voulez vivre l'expérience japonaise complète.

Everything was amazing, from the staff service to the food and the view was gorgeous. Food: The menu changes everyday so we were able to enjoy various kinds of deliciousness. You can select your preferred timing for dinner and breakfast. Room: Staff has already prepared hot water, tea packets and mini snacks for you to enjoy. While you are out for dinner in the communal area, staff will prepare your futon while you are away. Toilet: The tub and washlet is separated. Water for the tub is hot spring water, not the normal kind so you can enjoy it in your room if being naked with strangers isn't up your alley. Parking: Plenty of slots available.

露天風呂は眺望もよく、湯の温度も高めで快適でした 屋内の大浴場は、少し古臭い感じがしました 朝食付きの宿泊でしたが、とてもおいしくいただきました。おかずの量は少し少なめかな？！ ホテル全体が少し古い感じが否めませんでした 値段相応の感じです。交通の便としては、商店街に近いので、呑み食いするには便利だと思います。
