This hotel is a step next to the shopping street which is very easy to dining and shopping. The room is small and we accepted for low price per night. They refurnished their lobby in a modern and hip design, and put a lot of instant drinks of coffee, green tea latte, chocolate etc in the lobby for guests to try which is a surprise. But their rooms did not refurnish and are still in old style, especially their TV signals are very bad, only a few channels can be watched, the Hotel AreaOne Oita should seriously refix this problem as this never happened in other Japanese hotels. For parking, it is advised to park the nearby public carpark a few walks from the hotel for 800 yen from 6pm to 8am, then 200yen per hour.

エリアワンさんは、大分では常宿にしているが、１１月も宿泊予定だが・・・泣 ◎スタッフ大変丁寧 ◎朝食、流石です。美味しい 〇ロケーションも良い ✖今回宿泊した５階の部屋は、最も最悪でした。さすがに良い評価できない。 　天井のシートが大きく剥がれ落ちているし、シャワーカーテンに隠れたバスタブ 　部分は掃除していないし、予約の際のリノベートの部屋って、 　”朽ち果てた部屋”風にリノベートしたのかという感じ。 　次回、宿泊した際は、５階の部屋は勘弁してほしい m(_ _)m
