This hotel is a step next to the shopping street which is very easy to dining and shopping. The room is small and we accepted for low price per night. They refurnished their lobby in a modern and hip design, and put a lot of instant drinks of coffee, green tea latte, chocolate etc in the lobby for guests to try which is a surprise. But their rooms did not refurnish and are still in old style, especially their TV signals are very bad, only a few channels can be watched, the Hotel AreaOne Oita should seriously refix this problem as this never happened in other Japanese hotels. For parking, it is advised to park the nearby public carpark a few walks from the hotel for 800 yen from 6pm to 8am, then 200yen per hour.

スタッフさんの対応は、非常に良く気持ち良く宿泊できました。街中にあり、夕食等とても便利でした。また、フロントや朝食会場は、清潔感もあり、朝食も美味しく満足できるものでした。ただ、お部屋がもう少し清潔感があるともっと良かったと思いました。

設備が古いのは承知の上での利用でしたが清掃の手抜きが酷く快適に利用できなかった。隅々の埃は最終日まで清掃されることはなかった。ベッド下も全く清掃されてないようで不衛生極まりなく次の利用は無いと思う。安かろう悪かろうはまさにこういうことと実感した。
