Close to the Beppu Station which was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hana Beppu. They were very welcoming and helpful. Very clean with spacious rooms. Food was very good at the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel.

i booked two rooms in this hotel, me and my family were really enjoyed in this stay. The front desk staffs and the restaurant staffs services were perfect. Also, the meals are really delicious and unexpected. It’s walking distance from Beppu Station. Shopping mall and restaurants are not far from the station. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The Kaiseki dinner is a nice experience! It’s highly recommended.

Property and staff wise, excellent. Where hotel is located is limited with the restaurant options. However, It is close to the Beppu station if you walk about 10 minutes. Staff spoke English and Korean

We had an amazing stay at Hana Beppu, the food and onsen was wonderful! My only critique would be the washroom didn't come with a toilet brush to clean it so have to use hand. Perhaps all rooms should come with one. But overall we had a pleasant time here!
