Big room, great location

Very big room, got dining table, sofa, our biggest room in Japan. But no reception, it’s a self check in. No luggage storage before check in. Close to station which is very nice. Our room got washing machine, and bathroom got air drying system, so clothes will dry quickly.

Cockroach sighting.

At check-in, the volume on the tablet was so low that it was almost impossible to communicate, which caused a lot of difficulty. Also, a very large cockroach appeared, which startled my entire family. The hygiene of the place is highly questionable. However, the location of the accommodation was quite good.

I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances. When I checked in, the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and I never got a response when I messaged the property about this. But, the unit is spacious, quiet, and has comfortable beds.

The cleanliness of the house could have been better, such as area near the sink, and in the fridge, and this feeling was confirmed by encountering a cockroach on the first night, which is unacceptable, especially for hotels in japan

近くにパーキングもコンビニもあり便利でした。コーヒーカップが人数分に足りなくて少し不便でした。とてもオシャレな雰囲気で、居心地よかったです！清潔さについては、テーブルや洗面所の鏡をもう少しキレイに拭いておいて欲しかったのですが、それ以外は特に気になることなく快適でした！

<悪かった点> ・トイレの換気が悪いので臭い・上の階の足音がドスドスと響く・夜中に大声の奇声、大音量の音楽、歌声が聞こえ相当うるさかった(警察に通報しようか迷うぐらい) ・洗濯機の中が臭い・ワークスペースの机周辺に、小さな虫がいっぱいいた・カーテンが不織布のような生地のブラインドカーテンだが、埃がいっぱいついている <悪かった点> ・駅から近い・部屋が広い・日中お掃除のスタッフさんが挨拶してくれ、足りないものはないか聞いてくれる気遣いが良い

広々した空間でゆったり、寛ぐことができました。温泉施設も多数近所にあるので入ることができ、幼児がいるので外食ができない分、買い出しスーパーも充実。洗濯機があり尚且つ浴室乾燥まで付いてるのは今回、本当に助かりました。また、利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

お部屋は写真通りとても広く、ベッドも備品も快適でした。洗濯機に洗剤もありコンドミニアムとしては最高だと思います。キッチン、お部屋の隅々のお掃除が行き届いていなく箇所箇所に汚さが見えてしまい残念でした。室内のデザインが黒ベースなのでムーディーではありますが、暗いです。人数が多い場合などはとても良いと思います。
