While, on paper, the hotel is far from the train station, it is actually a very convenient location because the bus network in Oita is very good, and a major bus stop is located just across the avenue. There is a convenience store and a pretty good, laid-back, restaurant in the building. The staff was extremely polite and responsive. Very professional. The room was quiet and clean. Comfortable bed.
