Staff was very professional and welcoming. Brittany, Reshawn, Lee, Neal and Tyrel . The location was very convenient. The Miami Beach was affected by sargassum seaweed but beaches such as pebbles and brownes were beautiful. Very easy to access these beaches via local buses. This is a very small resort! The reviews are mixed! Whenever I go to an island I love to stay at (all-inclusives) so this was my choice! But I had a lovely stay for Crop over weekend! Very clean! Food was good! You can’t go to other countries and expect food from home! Duh! Also, if you travel a lot to different countries you should know by now to bring extra wash clothes! They provided two! I had a hot tub but didn’t use it! And yes they have to refill it! But overall it was really nice!

I loved that it was clean, the staff they have great customer’s service skill, the food was good. I love the fact that we can go to the sister hotel and spend the day. The only problem the time should be like maybe 12am to 6pm instead of 10:30am to 4:30pm

The 2 balconies overlooking the ocean were wonderful, comfortable chairs and hot tub. We spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and watching the ships and locals swimming. Walking distance to Oistins was nice. Most of the staff was very friendly, Andreah, the bartender really made our stay special - he remembered our drinks, suggested cool things to do, see and eat. The air conditioner was very loud, the shower water temp was hard to control, the hallways and elevator need some updating and cleaning. Food was really good, especially the ala cart dinners, 4 stars.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is nice and the restaurant was convenient. It would be highly desirable to not allow other guests to take speaker phone calls in the dining room or to use portable speakers in the pool area. It distracts from the perfect environment.
