Chambre grande, propre et tranquille. Aucun reproche à formuler sauf la localisation un peu éloignée de la ville de San Sebastian pour un touriste voulant la visiter. L’environnement de l’hôtel est déprimant et sans aucun intérêt.

I love the breakfast buffet, the free hot beverages and filtered water. The rooms were clean. The staff lovely. The proximity to San Sebastián great. The rooms were nice and modern. I am not a big fan of the parking, especially at night. It is limited. The area doesn't have much.

Rapport qualité prix médiocre. Séjour de deux jours et avons été obligés de réclamer le changement des serviettes car non effectué une journée sur l’autre. Distributeur de savon à mains vide dans la chambre, demande effectuée à l’accueil et remplacé le lendemain. Climatisation limitée en température et bruyante (bruit d’écoulement d’eau)). Absence de brosse pour les toilettes , problématique en cas de traces. Télévision, une seule chaîne française dans le bouquet, en outre TV non connectée. Les points positifs, petit déjeuner complet et amabilité des agents d’accueil.
