Vacations Close To Ohara Fishing Port Morning Market

The staff was wonderful especially Aya who went above and beyond to make my wonderful stay! I am planning to stay here again in the future.

This is the second time my wife and I stayed at this hotel for an extended period after enjoying the previous stay at the end of last year. After the previous trip, I provided two feedback comments for the possible areas improvements: (1) A sporadic WiFi connection (2) Air conditioning whose default setting made the property too warm I was pleased that there was a noticeable improvement on both of the above. Because we had quite a few travel bags, we requested for a larger room after our arrival, which they were able to provide to us from the 3rd night. The room was spacious enough to easily accommodate a couple of guests for a cup of tea and dessert, which was really nice. A front desk person was courteous enough to see us off when we left for TCAT on a taxi. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience despite the rain throughout our stay in Tokyo.

We loved our stay at Richmond hotel. Everything was five star.
