Property was very clean. Owners were very friendly when checking in and addressed any questions very quickly with good satisfaction. Great easy walk to Long Sands beach, and not a bad walk to Short Sands either.

Overall a great experience and yes I would stay again. The parking was barely enough for the guest count that is really my only complaint. Room was perfect. Loved the hot tub. Everything was clean. Staff was very nice except sometimes couldn’t find them. Price was great. Could walk to the beach!

My family and I stayed here from Thursday night to Saturday evening. It was an awesome time! The walk was 3-4 mins from both long sands beach & short sands beach. A quick 10 min walk to mini shops, dinner and arcade! The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and having a balcony was a nice touch, you could sit outside and enjoy the weather and sounds of the ocean. I would 1000% suggest this Inn for anyone who wants to be close to the beach and wants to be in walking distance to all the shops and food.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very central to both Long Sands and Short Sands beach. Some things on the property could use upgrading; the chairs outside the room were rusting and the toilet in the room was so low to the ground! Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Our ice bucket was still dirty from whoever stayed there before us. Everything else looked clean. Pool was nice but hides in shade for most of the day, so a bit chilly. Near everything though.

A convenient place to stay for easy access to Long Sands Beach and short drive to the lighthouse and Short Sands Beach. Room was clean and comfy but could use some updating. Rug was very worn and curtains were stained along the bottom. Would be useful to have a table for the coffee maker and proper amt of coffee to make 5 cups instead of a single serving. Front desk staff very friendly and happy people. I’d definitely consider booking again.

Just some facts: Room rented stated queen bed. It was a standard/double, no larger. Painting above the bed was constantly "clicking " against the wall when the fan was running. We were on the 3rd floor and had to walk up skinny porches to our room. Several doors and windows, on our walk up, were painted black, I assume for privacy. It was very cheap looking. Parking was atrocious. Space was on gravel, behind the building, between old broken lattice boards, old cement pieces, rocks and bushes. Easy walk to the beach was a plus. Room and bathroom were clean. While we did not use them, the pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained. Overall, we would not rent here again. The negatives outweigh the positives.
