This a a sweet little place with a long history in town. It's close to great restaurants and just a mile to Wells Beach. It was clean and affordable for our off season stay.

Stayed here before and had an ok room but this one is better. Nice place near the beach, about 20 restaurants, a hannafords, a great little movie theater, convenience stores AND Congdon Donuts is across the street. Nice little outdoor pool.

We were upgraded from a motel room to an efficiency unit. That was a nice surprise. The unit was clean but basic. No frillls. TheTV remote didn’t work but was fixed the next day. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable.

Food trucks

Good sized room with a kitchen, The hotel is across the street from a food truck park with about 7 trucks, food was great. I would like to book their cottage next time
