The property was beautiful. It was in a great area and had a restaurant on site for both breakfast and dinner. The food was very good! I love all the amenities the resort had making it really convenient and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet, family friendly. Perfect location for those looking to stay just on the edge of town and off main or shore street crowds. But still a short walk from anything and everything - even Perkins Cove! However, if kids or older adults, a trolly or golf cart might be a better option for the hike to Perkins. Resort had everything we needed and then some. Could stand some minor updates and a full list of everything included with stay (we didn’t know bikes were available to us until check out), but those are very small complaints. We loved our stay, hated having to leave and can’t wait to return!

The property is nice and the location is great. Staff was wonderful. Unfortunately we stayed in Room 104. Carpet floor incredibly dirty with cigarette burns. Otherwise the property was very clean and well maintained. Someone should definitely inspect this room. The carpet was the worst I had ever experienced in a hotel room.
