The room had a balcony, which provided an excellent view of the ocean! The staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking behind the hotel, with excellent access to the 2nd & 3rd floor rooms. the beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows unlike some places that skimp out on them. Would definitely recommend this place.

I loved how the property was right across from the beach and had beautiful views! The staff was very nice. It was very challenging with five people and one bathroom but we knew what we were getting into. The first day we got there the towels were dirty as if someone stepped on them with dirty shoes

We loved the view! And we loved that we could walk to the beach and some of the restaurants. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels and coffee supplies. The only negative was the bathroom. There was mold present around a soft spot in the floor outside the tub. Also there was rust in the tub fixtures. One of my sisters is extremely allergic to mold. She was only able to stay 2 nights. If she was there for all 5, we would have had to change rooms.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The property is dated and lacks counter areas in the bathrooms. It has an exceptional view and is centrally located to all the popular areas in southern Maine. For the price, and location, this is great for people seeking lower cost oceanfront hotels.
