My dog loved the room and met many friendly dog neighbors. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool with plenty of chairs and tables. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

The property was very clean and organized. Had multiple ice machines. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a microwave and fridge. Very safe and great location to the beaches and stores. the room was clean and the pool was clean, however we had to jiggle the key in the lock to get it to work as the whole handle was loose. The toilet chain broke in the tank so we had to rig it before maintenance could get there to fix it

Perfect for our stay.... I liked how clean and nice the unit was. We travel with our dog and it was pretty good. Locaton is also good, close to various restaurants and stores. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Parking was great outside our unit.

The 1st thing strikes you is the overwhelming stench of urine the moment you enter propty ground is. Clerk at check in was more concerned that he would be leaving in 18 minutes and if I had any issues with the room, I needed to tell him in those 18 mins. The property still uses hard key. room was good sized and luckily did not stink. The sheets were clean. We had to physically go down to get some toiletries. Basically like a motel. The rooms looked redone, but lacked finishing, basically like a lipstick on a pig. Room service did clean up once which was nice. The front desk staff were not welcoming. Location is in Wells, not Ogunquit, so by savinga a few bucks by staying here were wasted on parking .

Pool was nice, clean, nice chairs and tables. Grounds were well maintained. Beds comfortable. Very nice gentleman at the front desk. Room was clean but had a very musty smell, and needed some maintenance / updating. Windows don't open for fresh air. All my clothes need to be washed. Suite we rented was overpriced for condition and room amenities offered.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom cabins. The hotel is in a convenient location only a short drive to shops and beaches. The cabin was ok but not worth the price. It wasn’t the cleanest. Our biggest complaint was the smell of marijuana smoke in our cabin which gave us headaches. Everyone we entered the cabin we were “hit in the face” with the smell. The outdoor pool was nice and seemed like it was the most recent thing updated on the property. The staff was friendly.

It's a good place to stay if you're looking for an affordable overnight option. The front desk gentleman was very friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. As for the room, it definitely needs some upgrades. It was clean but quite outdated. The bathroom light flickered, the shower pressure was weak, and the A.C. emitted a strong burning smell when we adjusted the temperature. They don't have on-site dining options, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Also, the beach is just a five-minute drive down the road, which was very nice.

We came just before 10pm and the office was closed. We had a reservation. We were concerned but called the number on the door and a person answered right away. He explained what we needed to do and the problem was solved. We were able to spend the night in a very clean, well maintained room.
