This is a very convenient location for Ogunquit. We were greeted by a knowledgeable and upbeat youn lady upon arrival. The room was a bit musty and the AC wasn't working well.

I loved everything about the stay especially the bartender Karlus. He made the best Marguerita I have ever had as well as he mix of the “Bartender’s Choice”. Great atmosphere and staff that treated you like you were old friends. Can’t wait to come back!!

The Patio Bar was awesome! Karlos and Andean were excellent bartenders. Food was great too! It was nice to relax and have a fun cocktail before or after dinner and not have to drive anywhere. Everyone working there was very pleasant and helpful. We’ll definitely be back !

The property was beautiful and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We did not partake in the continental breakfast, as we preferred to go out and try the local restaurants for breakfast, but we did get food and drinks at the on-site patio bar "The Helm"; the food was delicious and the bartenders were more than willing to re-create a custom frozen drink for me that I first had on a previous trip to Aruba. Very personable staff and good customer service 👍

Greeted by very friendly staff. Very clean room, bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a couple of chairs on the small but adequate deck to enjoy drinks. Perfect location to walk a short distance to most of what we wanted to do. Easy to walk to many restaurants but still enough away to be quiet. Would recommend and come back again. A/C unit not central air in room was the only downside. Still full of northern old charm.

Admirals Inn is a favorite for our stay in Ogunquit. The location is within walking distance to the center restaurants, Marginal Way , OGT Playhouse and the beach. The property is well landscaped, has an active outdoor Tiki bar with friendly staff, gas fireplace and outdoor pool/ hot tub. The rooms are well maintained and updated with toiletries and a coffee maker. A breakfast is included daily. The gym is small but has the equipment one needs for a good workout. We have stayed here twice a year for several years and it never disappoints. I highly recommend this property.

Aldean at the bar was great! Good drinks and friendly. Continental breakfast good; good lobster rolls! Hot tub was broken the 1st 2 nights but fixed by last night. Pools aren’t heated so too cool to use. Older buildings but that’s expected. Nice landscaping too. Check-in and out were easy. Nice staff all around! You can walk to Marginal Way from hotel, adds on .4 mi one way.

We have been staying here for many many years, we like it for the convenience to the Playhouse and the town within walking distance, but we’ve noticed a little wear and tear on the property that hasn’t really been maintained that great.. love the size of the rooms but to do away with the wall, air conditioners, and put in one small window air-conditioning not too great.. never mind cobwebs and bugs on the windowsill. The linens are comfortable just needs a little TLC but will be back because we love the location and the people are very very nice.

We stayed in W109 which we have done in the past. It is in the compass rose building, which is for adults. The room was musty, the toilet paper was even wet from the humidity. The air conditioner was on, but… Everything was so humid and moist. At one point our second day there we heard a baby crying above us. I thought this was an adult building. We always request this room because we love it and there's three of us staying. This was awful. We will not be returning. I also think that you should start doing some upgrades for the staircase going up to the breakfast buffet. The painters shipping off the railings are weak and it's not beautiful. We've always enjoyed staying at the admiral Inn because it's central location to get into town. We enjoy the hospitality, but… You have to put some money into it. Next year we will come again to Ogonquit but we will stay someplace else. Hopefully you take this information into respect to upgrading the place and we may be back. On a sidenote, we have referred people for many years. We will not do it again.
