the staff are the BEST. i lost my phone and somehow, they were able to track me down and return it- it was a miracle! Am eternally grateful

Very central to the strip, room comfortable but the carpet looks decades old. In places it was blue but most of the carpet was a washed out grey. So could go with upgrading. But on the whole it was ok

I love the location of this hotel. It is a sweet, lovely place with a big Irish pub next door. It's a block from Times Square and many theaters, one block off 5th Ave and very close to Rockerfeller Center and subway lines. We appreciate the convenience!

Overall nice hotel however they surprise you with a $100 resort fee, also they hold a $150 security fee on your card. I was aware of the second fee, I may have missed the first one. The breakfast was decent with a variety of items to choose from, the baked beans was unusual to me for breakfast 😂there isn’t a restaurant but a combo bar & grill. There is another hotel of the same name in the immediate area but this is the nicer one so pay attention when making your reservation. Instead of taking taxis or Uber I would suggest using TopView bus tours they are a great value for traveling around Manhattan.
