Nice facility with good public spaces to include pool, hot tub, indoor sitting area, and fire pit. Had room with king bed which was small but well laid out so it did not feel cramped. Rooms well insulated so did not hear city noises or other rooms. Traveled with pet and they were quite supportive. Several great casual restaurants within a block.

I had a minor beverage spill that soiled a bed sheet and, as a result, a couple of towels were used for the impromptu clean up. I alerted the cleaning staff of my accident. However, without notification, I now realize that I was charged over $100 for the spill. Given the onsite Washing and Dryer, I could have resolved the situation myself or sent the linens and towels for professional cleaning at a much cheaper rate. I simply feel that some form of formal notification should've take place.

Staff was amazing property was fantastic, the bathrooms need exhaust fans, and theyvare clearly understaffed. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the service from the staff, but you can' expect them to be able to give excellent customer service and be doing a job that normally requires three staff members.

Great location, breakfast was awesome! The two negatives were, I requested twice for house keeping and for the ADA shower bench to be fixed. Neither request were addressed, Nicole from front desk was very nice and tried to make things right. Our trash bin was full too the brim and the shower bench looked like had striped screws into the shower wall.
