I love that it was clean. Wish the lobby didn't smell like smoke but as you went up on the floors the scent was gone.

While I enjoyed my time in Las Vegas, my experience with the hotel itself was disappointing. My biggest concern was that I travel with medication requiring refrigeration. Before my stay, I specifically called and confirmed that a refrigerator would be available in my room due to this medical need, but that accommodation was not provided as promised. We also reserved adjoining (Jack-and-Jill) rooms several months in advance for our group; our group called the property to confirm and yet those rooms were not available at check-in. The property’s signage made it difficult to navigate, especially for first-time visitors. Finally, I found the bathroom design frustrating. The shower’s partially open glass panel allowed water to splash onto the bathroom floor and made the space feel unnecessarily exposed while showering. Overall, the location is convenient, but the operational issues and unmet accommodations left me disappointed.
