Went there to celebrate my Wife's Birthday and she was upset with the stay. Do not book this hotel by looking at pictures. It’s not how it looks. And hotel wants to demand more money when asked for the room showed in picture. Also before booking I tried calling hotel for room confirmation but “No answer”. After booking called hotel to inform about late arrival “no answers”. Even Expedia Agent tried contacting 2-3 times they did not answer them as well. Well thanks to Expedia they are always there for support.

Excellent service.

Amazing facilities (steam bath, sauna, swimming pool, gym) all included in the price. Friendly and English speaking staff was a bonus. Hotel is situated at a prime location.

Hotel is very beautiful and remodeled recently. Room with windows with street view. Room was clean and very cozy. Morning buffet was very tasty and nice. Staff of hotel was friendly and attentive. I used hotel transfer from airport. It was in time and very useful. I like this hotel very much

Room was big and clean with windows on the sealing - that was awesome. Problem was that air conditioner wasn’t working, and we were not informed about that at the time of checking in. So instead of resting, we spend some time trying to figure out how to make room warmer( other then this small issue, Bristol was very good choice.

The room service was great. My room was always cleaned , organized, and used towels replaced. Couldn’t figure out the cigarettes smell came from, but I could sense that in a hall and an elevator.

The location was very convenient to the area of Odessa we were visiting. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The only problem we had is we were told that we would not be getting a room upgrade as a gold member. The reasons was there was not one available. Yet when I went to the reservation site of theirs and Hotels.com there were many rooms available for upgrade over 20 rooms. This is the first time that we did not receive and upgrade. Also instead of being offered a sparkling wine as is one of the benefits of gold status, I had to ask for it.
