This motel was dirty and in a sketchy area. The room had new TVs, but the remote didn't work. The floor in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. We did not stay the entire night, but opted to continue travelling after a brief nap, rather than a good night's sleep. I would never stay here again.

No idea. They canceled the stay in the morning. Claiming guests had extended their stay so there was no room. I had to find alternative hotels upon arriving. Not planning to book through expedia or extended stay ever again.

This is a budget emergency place to stay type of property. It looks like a jail - an all painted concrete courtyard with all the paint peeling - same with stairs and walkways. Room wood floor had soft spots that sink when you walk but while the tile floor was solid it was dirty grout , multi colors and sloppy caulking to hold pieces together. It’s right next to a freeway ramp that is loud all night . Positives? Shower was warm and drained … that’s about it.

Horrible hotel service and beds

Horrible hard beds. All the same according to front help. Also house keeping or cleaners rudely came in on 2 occasions at 3pm when I yelled out sleeping (late shifts). I will never stay at this hotel again.

Good.

Everything was good, except the cleaning seevice was knocking the doors super earlier then the time you have to leave the room, they scared us when they knock the door two and half hours before we have to leave, we were sleeping when this guy start to knocking the doors saying clean service, who needs the cleaning service on Sunday at 9:30am when you have to leave by 11am, that was so annoying.

The second worst hotel room I've ever experienced. The person above us was apparently remodelling his room until 2 in the morning. Ive no other explanation for the noises coming from our ceiling. I had to reset the circuit breaker and the over current device for the AC unit. The toilet was brand new but kept cycling every few minutes. Turns out the installer left a rubber band on the flapper and it wouldnt seal (sticker on the toilet tank mentioned said rubber band and that it must be removed prior to use). The window cutains are useless, the room is well illuminated even with all the lights turned off. The bathtub was refinished at some point and the coating is peeling off. The bathroom faucet is not fastened to the countertop and it wanders around while you're trying to operate the handles. Oh, and, everything was dirty. When I booked at an Extended Stay America I truly expected a quality experience. Every other E.S.A. I've stayed at has been wonderful.
