Bravo!

From the moment we walked through the doors we knew we had made the right choice. Staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful in every way. Our rooms were immaculate and comfortable which made for the perfect night’s sleep - and breakfast was superb! We especially enjoyed our complementary coffee and pastry in the afternoon. Bravo and thank you!

Better luck next time

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. This place deserves better points but couple things. Our room floor was soaking wet when we arrived, probably it was cleaned or something... all the windows were open, it was only 9 celsius warm so the room cold. Nasty to take shower when floor is "ice cold". Also there was no light in bathroom. But the hotel is really nice, we just had bad luck this time.

Vi ankom sent til ingen ledige P pladser. Ok service. Men nøglekortet virkede ikke så ned igen fra 4. sal efter et nyt. Vi gik straks til ro men blev vækket midt om natten af støjende gæster som bare blev ved - tænker de var berusede.

Intet at klage over

Vi har intet at klage over, fint værelse i pæn ældre stil. Vi spiste morgenmad på hotellet to dage i træk, og her var hjertet begærede. Alt personalet var venlige, imødekommende og smilende. Så vi er enige om det bliver hotellet når vi er i Odense, så bedre kan jeg sige det.
