The room and bathroom were clean, there was a small outdoor space just outside our room that needed cleaning. The staff seemed to be unhappy and not too helpful, maybe they were having bad days? The breakfast was very good and plentiful, a nice surprise!

If you are looking for a decent & affordable lodging with a good breakfast option, and if you'll only use the room just for sleeping, this is the perfect place for you. Please keep in mind, the room is small, may not be a perfect option if you will be staying for extended hours during the day. In that case, I would recommend the same company's Windsor Hotel, which is 50 meters away.

Comfy bed and good location

It's a bit strange setup, but it's neat and clean. The main complaint is noise and lack of blinds on the door, so very bright start to the day. I think all the drain water from upstairs runs through the bathroom, so there is noise late into the night. For the price, it's a neat room with a comfy bed, but bring a sleeping mask and some earplugs!

No staff at this hotel. Had to go to neighbouring Windsor hotel when booking this hotel the site said it had laundry facilities but it only had services available but I wasn’t going to pay 16k for 1 pair of panties to be washed! The staff at Windsor hotel were nice & one of them offered to mail my postcards for me as I couldn’t find a postbox anywhere Breakfast was always delicious

When I arrived I was greeted in the reception for then to figure out I was supposed to go outside and into another building further down the street - and the receptionist didn't follow me, so I had to figure it out by myself. When I came into the building, it was super empty and quiet in the bar, living area - no staff there either (literally felt like I was the only one there). I am really glad they gave me a room on the second floor because the elevator didn't look like it had been used for a long time. The bed and bathroom was clean, just disappointed they don't offer soap for when washing your hands, might as well not offer toilet paper then? And yes, it gets really bright in your room in the summer because the curtain doesn't cover the full length of the window. Maybe there should be added a suicide protection on the window so you cannot jump out, since most of the rooms are stacked on top of each other?. Idk, room was fine for one night but I couldn't see myself staying longer. The continental breakfast was fine but not extraordinary.
