Gertruds Petit Hotel in Odense is a gem

Thomas, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and helpful, even taking the time to recommend local spots. The room was tidy and the bed super comfortable. Located within walking distance from the Central Station, Gertruds Petit Hotel offers convenience without sacrificing the tranquility of its surroundings. The area is charming and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Comfortable room, but only shared bathroom

The room was spacious, modern and with a comfortable bed. Overall everything was very new and clean. Unfortunately the room description is somewhat misleading, it mentions that the room is equipped with 2 bathrooms, but in reality the room doesn't have any bathroom, only a shared (!) bathroom with low water pressure.

the guesthouse is located in a lovely street in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps from the city center; I liked the fact that you can access your room autonomously with a code and that a kettle and microwave are available to warm some food at each floor; the bedroom is simply furnished and essential but there's all you need for a short stay or a good night's sleep; - the description on Expedia didn't make it clear that the bathroom was out of the room, on the same floor and shared with another room; - not many power sockets and in unconvenient positions; - small and thin towels

Vi sov på øverste værelse og det var et dejligt rumligt værelse. Ud fra de parametre der hedder, pris, beliggenhed og renlighed, så ville jeg give stedet 5 stjerner. This is no hotel, but more a hostel. One bathroom for three double rooms means you have to wait in the morning to get your slot for the morning toilet. The mattresses were much too soft for us. The central location of the accommodation was good.

Fint værelse med det nødvendige

Fint værelse med god seng, god belysning og skrivebord. Badeværelse/toilet og køkken på gangen. God rengøring. Adgang til gratis kaffe/te og shampoo/balsam/showergel. Meget venlig og opmærksom vært, der tjekkede op på hvordan det gik på sms. Et TV på værelset ville have været rart. Jeg er meget tilfreds med mit ophold.

Private værelser ikke hotel

Der var det der skulle være - et værelse - med bløde senge. Udenfor værelset var et rum med køleskab og mikroovn og en dør til det næste værelse som også var optaget gennem næste dør var vi ude på trappen hvor en dør førte ind til baderummet- toilet håndvask og badekar med bruser i. De to sidstnævnte rum var desværre delte med det andet værelse, så det var svært at benytte.
