Very nice staff, they get 5 stars, especially the young lady on friday night, she was very sweet and helpful. Fine but small room for 3 people, and we didnt get new towels or made our bed, eventhough we spent 2 nights there. The breakfast was fine. The location of the hotel is very good. There are only 10 parkeringspots belonging to the hotel, so we used another hotels parkinglot, at 150 kr pr day. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great location very close to the train station and the old city. Very simple room, but the super comfortable common areas really make up for it. We had our train to Copenhagen in the afternoon, and it was really nice to have somewhere cozy to sit with a cup of coffee even after check-out! Breakfast was delicious and the staff really friendly and helpful... Couldn't ask for more!

We stayed at City Hotel Nattergalen for two nights for our wedding ceremony in Odense, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make everything easier for us during such a special time. Their hospitality was exceptional—they even offered coffee to our guests who weren't staying at the hotel, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Our wedding day remains a beautiful memory for us, and the hotel played a significant part in that. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured charming authentic details that added a lot of character to our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; the selection and treats were excellent. Additionally, having convenient parking available was a huge plus. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and warmth. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Odense!

Very friendly reception from the young lady. Nice atmosphere, comfortable lounge area. Free hot drinks are nice too. Very close to everything in the old town, very walkable. About 8 mins walk from the train. Comfy bed. Good place to stay.
