We arrived later than we expected and the office was closed but there was a number to call. The call was answered quickly and we were given a room number and code. Very happy with the quick response. We also enjoyed the pool. Wished there were instructions with the in room coffee maker. We would recommend it as a nice place to stay with a nice staff of people.

The front desk staff was amazing! He made check in was easy, and staff gave us an overview of things to do and where to eat on the island. The room was clean, but outdated. The tv wouldn’t work. The remote was broken, and even staff couldn’t fix it. He offered to move us to another room, but we had already unpacked. That was the only issue with the stay, and minor in light of the pleasant stay. The restaurant next to the hotel was good, and the server was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was great.

my friend and I really like the pony Island hotel, it is a nice island hotel. It has charm and people are friendly. For us this time the room we’d give a three on room clean - not sure what happened there, my house stayed there before the rooms were clean and there were no issues. everything was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will go back.

This is a motel with exterior doors. Our room appeared to have been recently refurbished. It was clean and comfortable. There is no elevator so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the second floor. There are no amenities except free parking.
