I had an amazing stay. The rooms were spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect close to the beach and had many different restaurants options. Customs service was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and even offering great local tips that made my trip extra special. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This property is NOT a hotel, as advertised. It is a condo. You must call a local number to have the room cleaned and to get let in before your arrival. If you look for the"hotel"it doesn't exist, which happened to me starting me in the street having to make multiple international calls to determine what to do while carrying all my belongings. The actual condo and location are good. But after booking a beach hotel to be told you must bring your own towel is tacky and cheap (I was provided with a single small to l towel for the shower).

Perfectly appropriate place to spend the night or a couple of nights. I was on a cruise and I had to disembark, so I made this last minute booking to spend the night in Ocho Ríos. The next morning I took a bus (Knutsford Express for ~$18 USD) from Ocho Rios to Montego Bay. This property did NOT have warm water but it did have AC. The bed felt clean and it had nice windows. It has its own modem and router so WiFi is fast and reliable.

The buildings.were a little bit old but with great spirit very well maintained. Loved the location. We stayed for 1 night please choose this location taking into consideration that the beach is not quiet, it is close to Cruise Ship 🚢 docking and therefore you do not feel the real Jamaican beach. But for us it was good and it was close to shops and restaurants. If this will be the only place you stay in Jamaica I do not recommend as Jamaica has so many fantastic beaches and this one was not the one.
