Vacations Close To Oceanway Community Center

The room has water dripping from the ceiling. ( AC unit cover) we had to cover the floor with towels so we would not slip. Curtain liner was dirty and bathtub mat was going pushed in a shelf that was not visible after a Taking a shower in a very slippery tub. NO BACK Up Plan organization due to system being down. Finally after an hour wait went to a room that was occupied. Then going to another room s guest was assigned the same room and entered our room. Our stay was very bad and stressful and feel we should get a refund or adjustment as a Honors member.

Great just wish parking wasn’t so expensive

Currently limited parking. Staff was excellent! Terrance and Jackie were so helpful and kind to us at breakfast. Really was accommodating to the grandchildren.

We stay at the AC Hotel twice a year for my wife’s appointments at Mayo, and it’s become our go‑to place. The staff is always extremely friendly, and the rooms are consistently comfortable with great bedsheets. I want to give a special thank‑you to the Manager. A month ago, I had a reservation but ended up hospitalized the same day. They were kind enough to refund my money, and I truly appreciated that level of care. The gym is adequate, but the hydration stations definitely need better monitoring — they were extremely dirty during this stay. Also, a small note: the toilet seat closes very loudly, which made me feel bad for anyone staying below us. Outside of those minor issues, this is still a five‑star stay for us every time.

Top Notch Customer Service! Carl at the front desk was super helpful and explained everything I needed to know to maximize the enjoyment of my stay. My suite was very clean, and quite large.
