It it a great place to stay. Quiet but close to everything in Oceanside, so walkable. The snack/breakfast area was a nice feature. The host was a great communicator. Lots of amenities to make an extended trip comfortable, like a washer and dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well run, comfortable, close to everything we wanted to be near (beach, food, Legoland and San Diego for a day). Everything seemed to be thought of. The rooftop deck, the snack/breakfast bar, the comfort of the bed, and general comfort of the unit were highlights.

This space was not only spotless, it had everything we could possibly need and want. The amenities were top notch and the entire place was very well thought out. The location was perfect! There are so many shops and restaurants within walking diatance. Mace provided us with all necessary information and gave great recommendations. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the area.

Excellent stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rise Suites in Oceanside! The suites are very private, quiet, and spotlessly clean—everything feels fresh and newly remodeled. Our sunny room had a well-equipped kitchen with teas, coffee, spices, and condiments that made things so convenient. The balcony was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and tea in the evening. The shower was sparkling clean with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Having a personal garage door and parking spot was such a great bonus. The highlight for us was the outdoor “almost heaven” sauna, jacuzzi, and cold water tub—it was the perfect way to relax in the evenings. We also loved the thoughtful touches: a generous snack and breakfast table, plenty of treats, and even mini bottle of sparkling wine waiting in the room. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away in a nice, quiet area. Best of all, the suites are run by a very kind and welcoming family who made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Rise Suites! From start to finish, the communication was excellent—clear, timely, and very helpful. The location is perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything Oceanside has to offer. The suite itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed—it’s clear a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. We especially appreciated the stocked snacks and coffee, which were always replenished and such a nice touch. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop lounge area. The views were absolutely stunning—perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and just as incredible for watching the sunset in the evening. Overall, everything about our stay felt effortless and well cared for. We will definitely plan on staying here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
