The layout of the room we stayed in was quirky-the toilet & shower was on one side and the sink was in another alcove on the other side. Shower pressure was lacking, but looked nice with new walls and a new low flow toilet. Beds were comfy. Little touch ups still needed but all in all I'd definitely stay here again!

This was a great find, in a great location. Anything you might need is within a walking distance (morning coffee, beach access, breweries, restaurants). Rooms are clean, staff is MORE than helpful. Would highly recommend.

Very small Motel - but sooo cute and nicely done. Front desk person was awesome and the breakfast place right next door was delicious. It was not a cheap breakfast but it was excellent.

It's a family run business, We got there 3 hours early, people just checked out, we just waited in the car thinking what to do next. I saw him give sign language to the housekeeping, begging to prioritize my room. I thought that was nice. Whenever I open my door, they are constantly sweeping outside. They are so caring, worried my car might get hit, park over there at the handicap space. It's wider, very friendly. One guest heard me tell the owners 'you guys are so nice' and she agreed and said this place is a hidden gem. New air-conditioned units which was great for my hot flashes. Plenty of parking spaces . Enjoyed my stay. Thanks.

The staff was very courteous. The hotel was very small less than 50 rooms but all are spacious and very clean. The access from the freeway is easy and close enough to walk to the beach. This was our 2nd time visiting there and it has become our go to place to stay when we go to Oceanside.

Parking, walking distance to the beach and many shops and restaurants and the room was clean. There wasn’t a coffee brewer, no microwave or refrigerator provided in the rooms. Very basic indeed. Price was fair so that’s why I give four stars

I loved the location which is walking distance to many conveniences. I didn't have a car but if you do, it will please you to know that parking is free. The a/c works well and one can also open windows if one chooses to. This is rare to find. The room was immaculate and provided desk space and drawer space. Most of all, I loved the couple who run the Inn. They are warm, friendly, and go out of their way to be of service and fulfill every need.

Raised in Oceanside so it’s good to come back to visit and find a little mom and pop shop that still exists and represents old O’side. Amit and his wife were amazing and accommodating. Location is central to both Cbad and O’side access to great beaches! BOOK and ENJOY!
