Vacations Close To Ocean Road Historic District

Loved my apartment. It was so charming. Gave you the old school charm with the history of the house but a modern remodel that still kept the original integrity.

Great stay

The hotel part of the complex was spotless, well maintained and the receptionists were outstanding. Highly recommend that part. Only negative note - the Casino - which is the only place to get food - is a smoking environment and I found this very difficult to handle. There is a non smoking section but I resented being forced through the smoking section - I would have thought that the hotel would be designed to circumvent that area for non smokers. That said, the restaurant staff were also outstanding, as was my food. A special thank you goes to “Eda” (I think her name was?) at reception- truly professional and caring.

My tv never worked the whole time, the toliet paper when I arrived was less than 1/4 roll, The shower itself took over 10 minutes just to be at a heat you can shower in(still cold) the hotel and the amenities are just outdated. The room itself is outdated along with the beds and furniture. The location is great, but the hotel itself and amenities need some care.
