This was our first time at Ocean Park. We were very pleased. The location was great, close to the beach. A pleasant walk along Surf Avenue. Parking was not a problem. Breakfast was plentiful in choices. Definitely would highly recommend!

This is a great stay, this is our second stay. Love the location and the breakfast is a nice addition. Management was kind enough too let us have cake for my Dad's birthday on the porch which is a great place to relax and enjoy the weather. The upper balcony are a nice hang out area as well. Thank you!

Super cute place! My room was simple and bare-bones (just a bed, closet, sink, and dresser) but it was all I needed for a one-night stay! You're a short walk from all the Asbury attractions, but the neighborhood is super quiet and cozy. Would absolutely stay again if I'm ever up here!

This beautiful property in Ocean Grove was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Easy walk to everything, including Asbury Park. Lovely front porch to sit on while you have your morning coffee. Owners kept the place immaculate and provided a nice breakfast too.

We stayed for a long weekend and had a lovely time. Dominick is the host on site and makes homemade breakfast and keeps things tidy. I loved that they had free beach towels and beach chairs available to use, nice perk. Free street parking seemed plentiful.

Great location, two blocks from the ocean. Tasty breakfast. Rooms are small and there are shared bathrooms at the end of the hall. You may need to park quite a distance away, but this is Ocean Grove and parking is always a challenge. Room rates are hefty for what you get — twin beds and a wall air conditioner unit. My floor was gritty with sand upon arrival. Bathrooms need serious updating — owner has agreed to make improvements. Stairs are a bit steep and tricky for elderly carrying suitcases. I was there for a 5 K run in Asbury which I was able to get to by foot.

A perfect get away. No TV in the room allows you to reconnect with who your with. If you want TV, there's a large flat screen in the 3rd floor lounge. Just a few blocks from the beach and shopping. Dominick the host is very friendly and make fantastic scrambled eggs and coffee.
