Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
This property is a health hazard. There was mold around the property and it was very difficult to tolerate. I checked out after the 1st night because I was worried about my health. There was also a kitten in a restricted area of the house who was crying all night as if it was alone and unattended. I asked for a refund for the remaining time of my reservation and evolve declined and said there was no sufficient documentation to support my complaint. They ought to send someone to the property and verify for themselves.. Stay away from this place
