Hello,
The hotel failed to mention there would be construction going on during our stay. I requested an accommodation and they noted they would do the best, however once I checked into the hotel I was notified that my accommodation of a low floor could not be filled due to the renovations; Knowing this information I would have not booked here. The parking lot was terrible with potholes and trash, so sketchy. Thank goodness it was a one night stay, because I would have not been able to shower due to the broken shower head a mold covered tub. No front desk in the second building either, no good ambiance, it looks the hotel is abandoned. The hotel itself had a terrible stench of humidity and mold. I am so glad it’s over and I will be telling my family to never book a stay at this rundown hotel.

Property has seen better days. Door shut funny, sliding door was unique. Bathroom sink crooked

This property is dated and in dire need of repairs and upgrades. They have no real amenities and charge as much as hotels that do. Housekeeping is by request only! We only stayed here because virtually every other hotel was already booked was booked . I recommend a pass on this one.

I like the Rooms Sizes however I was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working and the stairway door was not working. They left it open 24/7 which means anybody can come into the stairway. It wasn't safe at all. I requested to move to a lower room, and they did not make any commendation for the issue.

Clean and spacious room. The only staff member we dealt with was when we checked in. That person seemed very indifferent and uninterested. I understand the job is, likely, monotonous, but, at least, try to fake it better like the rest of us. The property needs a serious makeover. The elevator was broken. Hopefully, that will be repaired soon. It made the walk to the 4th floor, with luggage, difficult. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. We would stay here again despite the aforementioned issues.

When we got there Saturday afternoon they only had one person to check in so they had a line waiting we did not have no housekeeping service the whole time we was there I called front desk to come have them mop my floor they said they will send someone no one never came I had to walk down to front that Saturday morning to get clean linen housekeeping was terrible
