Booking and check in was easy, it’s in a great spot if you’re coming for a car/bike week. The furniture was very outdated and there was quite a bit of cosmetics that need to be updated as well, but overall it was a good stay.

The vacation spot was quiet. We had alot of room. It is outdated but that was less for 6 active kids to damage. There was a 200 cash deposit. After you checkout they follow up back to room. Money was handed back then. I would stay again. I will say the floors feel gross. I recommend a new broom and mop. However it is a beach property and what's on the beach. The floors feel sandy and gritty. You must bring you own linens and extra blankets. The Ac in the livingroom was super powerful. Excellent location, affordable allows pets. One block from boardwalk. There is no wifi, small TV in livingroom is the only TV in apartment

Ant infestation in the kitchen. We left the property cleaner than we arrived and didn't get security deposit back. No clear communication at all. I called and messaged but the automated responses were not clear. Could be a wonderful property, it is close to the boardwalk and beach, but definitely needs some renovations. We had a wonderful time, just was disappointing for what was originally listed.

It was a nice spot to stay at my only thing I wish it would’ve had a bigger bathroom. There was not enough space to move around in the bathroom otherwise in that great location three minutes from the boardwalk spacious bedrooms furniture could use some updating and kitchen area items could’ve been clean and updated. I would rent it again. I would just take one of the bigger apartments.

Lesson learned not to stay here again sheets on bed dirty used towels on bathroom floor only air that worked was in living room with the one in the window floors were dirty i booked ground floor got put on 2nd floor room next to us screaming and pounding on walls and kids running after midnight only convenience close to boardwalk

Just great !!

It was definitely a great place to stay and be for the week. We were the first residents in the newly renovated place. So it was for sure very lovely. Don’t look at the old picture on google go by the ones based off of hotels.com with the green couch and the beachy looking furniture. You won’t regret it. I promise very close to every thing ! Customer service was perfection by all means ! We are pleased and will go back soon.

It was horrible. The bed was tilted,no towels,floor was sticky,very dirty and smelly,most of the power outlets were not working and the toilet was not flushing. Zero recommendations and they charged extra $10 out of my security deposit. Felt like they were rubbing

This apartment is in a great location, but the pictures make it look like it's in MUCH better shape than it is. Broken floor tiles, low ceilings (6'6"), window A/C units that are MUCH too noisy to use while sleeping. Tiny bathroom. The only reason to stay here is the convenient location and the low(ish) price for a 2BR. My 7yo walked in and noted within two minutes: "This is the worst place I've ever been."

Stinks and noisy!!

I’ve stayed a lot of places in my life and this was the worst. The smell was awful! The blinds were ripped. Old food left in kitchen. One bathroom no hot water. Being an old unit you hear everything from upstairs. Every footstep they make. I booked for three nights and left after one and found another place. I lost my money because they have a zero refund policy but I didn’t care. I couldn’t let my family sleep there another night.

Horrible service, the pictures on Expedia look nothing like the room. Room is very dirty!!! Absolutely gross. Smells extremely bad from mold and unsanitary. The fridge is rusty and dirty. Black stains all over the beds. Blood stains. Bugs all over the floors. Extremely bad. I have photos to show this. Very unhappy. No lock on front door .
