Its a decent room for a one night stay, bathroom mould needs to be redone as its showing black molds. Water pressure is low and shower temperature is tough luck. However, customers service was very nice and welcoming! But would not recommend if staying for more than three days ish.

MOLD WARNING! I will say the young man at the desk was kind and helpful. He was very polite! Lookout/top deck is FILTHY. Room looked clean with air conditioner and newer model TV but the WiFi is spotty and we were told “when everyone there is using it that you should use your own hot spot because it’s so slow”. The bathroom window was broken/taped together with painter’s tape and had tons of dirt, debris and screws left there. Shower unsafe if you have children and the temperature of the water fluctuates massively. There is no steady pressure and it goes from cold to extreme hot so caution when bathing your child especially. If you have allergies or sensitivity to mold or are traveling with small children or immuno-compromised individuals DO NOT stay here - there is a significant very strong stench of prominent mildew and mold in the room. Everything we took home from there still smell smells like mold after two days. Our daughter had to be seen at local hospital because she is allergic to mold and after one night there she woke up with her throat swollen almost shut. They do not offer refunds under any circumstance and we were forced to find another place to stay after our first night with nothing but a “sorry, there’s no refunds”. I paid $45 for three days of parking so we at least had close parking spot with a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk. It puts you out beside Mug & Mallet. Overall, would not stay again due to mold. Unfortunate, but that’s my honest assessment. 2/10

Great location. Overall the room was fine. Everything was in decent shape - carpet, furniture, bedding, paint, bathroom tiles, etc. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Toilet seat was the wrong size (long seat, round toilet). Some mold in the shower. AC unit was super loud but cooled the room well. Bathroom window would not crank closed at all (crank mechanism was broken). A lot of street/alley noise entered the room from the bathroom window and AC window. It’s a case of getting what you pay for. The room was as I expected for what I paid.

The pool was nice. The room had a hole in the ceiling above toilet, which dripped onto our toilet. Didn't have a TV for 2 days. Changed rooms little better. It does accept pets and had a good location for the Air show. Do your research. Oh yeah 1 more thing the 2nd room , one bed was unusable. Broken.

The rooms are outdated and old. The building could use a new haul over. Location is great! Walking distance from the boardwalk and plenty of decent restaurants. If I hate to rate the building and rooms, I’d give a 1. Ratings for management and their accommodations they deserve a 10. Reasonably priced

Prototypical beach motel. If you’re looking for luxury or staycation, pay more and go elsewhere but this place is solid and right near everything on 2nd. Everything is completely mid but for last second on a Friday night in the summer, $140 can’t be beat. If you’re looking for a place to pass out, this is it.

I did not like that the dresser drawers were all dirty and dusty. Could not put any clothes in the drawer. The microwave didn’t work to heat food up in. There was no hot water the night before checking out or the morning of checking out. Stains were on the walls in the bathroom. I was disappointed with my stay and the motel could be fixed a little better. It was not worth the price.

The room had the worst smell I ever smelled in my entire life! The air conditioner was filled with black mold. There was no way to tell that the door was locked when inside. They played loud music until 5am and a cat was meowing very loudly all night long! I could not sleep at all. There was a huge bug in the room. Sheets were stained. I had to leave after the first night.

My husband and I booked an over night for the 4th of July weekend. The room was not clean. There was a pair of men’s underwear hanging behind the bathroom door. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower. There were 3 TV remotes. One remote turned the TV on but that’s it. Neither remotes worked so we couldn’t watch TV. The air conditioner worked which was a good thing but it was so loud. The microwave was either burned or just rusty on top. We would not book there again.

The room was so dirty. Walking around the room for 10 minutes, the bottom of our feet were black. Under the bed, the shower, the bathroom, the dresser, everything was so dirty. We were only staying for a few hours to sleep as we passed through. If it was not for that, we would have not stayed. There were also ants in the bathroom. Overall the room was just gross! Also, I booked this place because I could bring my dog. Checked in, told them I had the dog, an hour later they tracked me down after seeing me walk my dog and required me $60 pet fee that I had to pay in cash. I don’t care about this but it says ocean view. There is no view of the ocean. We go to ocean city a lot and this was our first time staying there, never again! Spend your money elsewhere!

the room was ok... shown signs of not maintaining ......weather stripping on the front door was warn and broken... panel under front window was coming off the wall in the bathroom it looks like they tried to fix a broken molding with puddy bathroom had what looked like mold or buildup of heavy soap scum in the shower. no wifi, tv didnt work even with cable box attached and light showing green it did show lighted as on option to pick in the menu. the lamp between the beds didnt turn on ... i did bring the issue of the wifi no working to the attention of the front desk and was told to keep trying it. he was a nice guy and very friendly at check in, but it was almost like he didnt want to look into it .
