Quiet and roomy. Lovely beach front views and access. The furnishings, fixtures and appliances were clean but wear and tear was obvious throughout. Great value for the cost. I would definitely return again.

We had a wonderful 16 days at St. Tropez. This was my first visit and my wife’s second. Everything was as she told me, beautiful, clean, and a view that can’t be beat! The employees are helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Being dog friendly is huge, and appreciated too. We will be back.

We had a phenominal time at St. Tropez, the facility was very clean and steps from the beach. The pool was always crystal clear, there were plenty of walkable options for dinner. I cannot say how much we loved our stay!!

My 2nd time staying at St Tropez. The rooms are pretty modern, well stocked & very clean. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffeemaker. Staff is polite and you always see the maintenance man on site. Building faces the beach, which you have direct access to. All units have patios with table & chairs. There is an outdoor seasonal pool. Its down the block from Coastal Highway, so many stores, shops, things to do walking distance. I highly recommend! 5 stars

A peaceful stay

The state was absolutely amazing. Starting off with the beautiful view of the ocean. The serenity and tranquility of the establishment is well worth the trip. Minutes away from the Ocean City convention center is a plus.

Please note before you get there that there is a 2-level garage. At first we went up to the G1 level and there were cars in every space, and it was VERY tight parking. But on the lower level, our large pickup could park more easily where there were lots of empty spaces. The room was clean. This is an older building, so don't expect high-end finishes. But it was nice enough. Having a washer/dryer there was great -- but bring your own detergent. But St. Tropez did provide dishsoap and tabs for the dishwaher. Access to the beach was so close and easy. Also, you don't need a key. There were button keypads on our doors so that we could get in with a combination. This was so much easier that keeping a key with you on the beach. (There is a key for the pool gate, though.) Security-wise, there were no peep holes on any of the doors, which isn't cool if someone knocks on your door and you were not expecting someone. Overall, I was happy staying at St. Tropez. We had a corner 3-bedroom, which was a nice unit.

This was our 3rd year here and we stay in the off season. With a fantastic location right by the beach this was perfect for us. There is on obstructed view of the ocean in some rooms. The apartments are spacious and well stocked and have a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. The check-in process is easy and staff are clear and helpful with communication. We are making this an annual event.

This was a deal too good to pass up. The view is amazing and check-in was easy. There are a few areas in the condo that need to be fixed (some small holes in the wall, balcony door didn't lock) and some of the dishes in the cabinet and in the stove had food on them. Although I didn't meet them, I can tell that the cleaning staff took their job seriously. Saint Tropez has the essentials that you need for a relaxing week at the beach.

This condo is a hidden gem. It was like relaxing at home but with a beach and pool in your backyard. Here’s a some info about the condo . It is pet friendly, pots, dinnerware ,coffee machine, cups and your basic kitchen needs are supplied. As is your toiletries, towels, sheets and blanket, there is no hairdryer . A washer and dryer is available in the unit as well as a dishwasher.Just bring your own laundry detergent with you. There is an elevator and is fairly handicap accessible. There are two floors of covered parking. A pool key and your pin code to enter the room will be provided to you upon check-in. The beach is literally a couple feet away and the pool area is very nice but does have limited loungers. There are parts of the condo where the ocean view is obstructed but balconies are very spacious. Try to get a room on the third or fourth floor. There is a acme nearby if you go on their website, you could place an order for pick up to save more time enjoying your vacation. For those of you with babies there are no cribs provided. I recommend bringing a pack and play. For those of you that are smokers there is a designated smoking area with a bench. There is also a couple of websites that rents out chairs and umbrellas for the week or by the day if you do not feel like lugging your own out to the beach. You will be surrounded with shopping and dining options. The boardwalk is about a 10 minute ride give or take traffic. Overall, I highly recommend this condo property.

I didn't hear from someone about our check in process via email, 1 week before check-in. Check in process was not clear. The code for the mailbox was already put in so anyone can grab your envelope with room code. The property is walking distance to the ocean, beautiful view from the balcony. It is an outdated unit. It was inconvenient that you need to strip down beddings, wash the dishes and take out your trash. The stove wasn't working well, only 2 of them and was very smelly

Nice place with Beach access.

This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting in the future

- Great location, right on the beach, easy check in when you arrive after hours. - My one hangup, was lack of communication. Long story short, booked the place in advance, received an email a day before check-in stating I would have to move unit/room the second night. I never got confirmation of what unit i would have to move to, and had to be the one to go to the office to inquire about it, which then found out I didnt need to. Just wish i got an email, text, or call saying it was no longer a move that had to happen, especially since i didn't want to venture far, because I wasn't sure what time the unit change was going to need to happen. - Other than that, no complaints. Great location. Bars, restaurants, bus stop right there and convenient. - Side note, parking garage for property is not high enough for a full size truck. (I believe its 6'8" clearance).
