You can tell this is an older hotel but we were very happy. It was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, pool was nice, bar was convenient and it was close to the beach. My only nitpick was the breakfast buffet, all prepackaged except for the waffles. Not the greatest but still got the job done!

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Parking garage was very difficult to maneuver, no ice machines in the building, and the pool was very cloudy to where we did not want to use it. Otherwise, the room was good clean, and everything worked.

Outdoor showers didn't work for cleaning off from beach. Room smelled of smoke. Housekeeping left a used towel in the bathroom from previous guest. Pool was crowded but relatively well maintained. Pool area has access to bar. Hotel is located 2 minutes from beach entrance and has semi covered parking. Great location near restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf. Would not stay again.

The hotel is in a prime location. I brought the entire family, and everyone enjoyed the hotel. The pool, the restaurant and bar on site is honestly clutch. The free breakfast is perfect for small kids!! Will stay here again.

me & my kids took our first family vacation & chose this hotel everything was great for the most part they definitely tried to charge me twice which was 1400 TWICE! if i didnt notice & send my spending money to my other card they definitely wouldve got me for my money , found some things under the bed that wasnt ours nothing to major staff was awesome & very accommodating

Admittedly, this hotel has seen better days - evidence of wear and tear everywhere, but we've been coming here annually for the last 4 years and still love the location, the tiki bar (Boozy Egg) and the quick walk to the beach. It's all about the LOCATION. They seem to be trying to replace some of the carpeting in the hallways, which would be great, and if they can update the bathrooms and kitchenettes that would make the $350+/night summer weekend rate easier to swallow. But overall, this a decent hotel with the best location and tiki bar!

My personal opinion: Everything was fabulous, excellent: clean rooms, Very polite staffs, always you find parking spaces.( But my advice-suggestion: Chefs need to vary the breakfast buffets) every single morning serve( gallopinto huevos Sousages, tortillas fritas o maduro frito)

I loved the view of the ocean from the pool. What a great way to spend the day. Every member of the staff we encountered was phenomenal. One problem we ran into was the elevator was a little scary. It bounced a lot upon entering, shook a bit while moving, and stopped abruptly. We took it from the 3rd floor to the lobby and the door didn’t open when we stopped. We ended up having to push the floor number again to get the door to open. The only other problem we had was the hotel claimed to be non smoking but we walked past more than one room where we could smell marijuana which results in an instant headache for myself and my family members. We didn’t get to partake in the bar but the breakfast was great. Overall, this place had everything we needed for the short stay we had.
