The hotel was very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk to the inlet. It has lots of accommodations like a pool, outdoor bar with plenty of seating area and easy access to the boardwalk. The staff was very helpful getting us checked in and even with an extra night of stay.

My family and I appreciate how close this hotel is to the beach; the beach view is phenomenal. It is very convenient to get there, and the hotel offers beach chairs and towels. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are tidy and well-maintained. The complimentary hot coffee is great; thanks for that. However, the only thing I dislike is that there was no kids' channel on the TV channels. In general, I definitely recommend Park Place as a place to stay.

Great amenities-free beach chairs, bicycles, water bottles, beach towels, pool, coin-operated laundry (just remember to bring quarters/$5 per load). Coffee bar all day! Location is fantastic-Boardwalk access until 10 pm (you can easily come in through the back door afterward). Love this hotel!

Park Place Hotel has a very helpful and professional staff. My family and I enjoyed the outdoor bar (The Coconut Club), the clear view of the beach and the boardwalk. The amenities were also a great attraction to add to our experience. However, the flooring, bathroom and bedding wasn’t the greatest. We struggled with having a comfortable rest especially the signed.

This was our second stay at The Park Hotel. There is a good amount of free parking on site. The staff is friendly and responsive. We love the fact that you can get towels for the beach and a couple of free beach chairs, so you can pack lighter. You can rent a sturdy umbrella that is placed wherever you want to sit. The hotel is quiet, yet has access to all the action you would like!

Beautiful beach view and easily accessible, as is the boardwalk with miles of shops and places to eat, it had a carnival, or NY state fair busy atmosphere lots of fun if thats what you are looking for in a vacation. If you are looking for a quiet vacation this is not the spot.

The room was ocean front. Fantastic view. Roomy. Clean. The 2 dresser drawers were broken all week. We were 5th floor above the bar. You heard the music at night. Later on Saturday. If you’re a late bird, no worries. 2 pools. One had a jetted timer. Ice and snack vending on every floor. Cute mermaid party . I’d stay there again.
